It is unanimously agreed by all of our many hundreds of home buyers that the most efficient and best organised way to buy a home, is to visit the area of your choice in the company of an experienced estate agent who lives locally and is able to interpret your needs precisely. You will be able to see the developments, resale homes, plots and surrounding areas for yourself first hand.

These trips are arranged at a time convenient to you as far as possible, subject to flight and agent availability.

Please note that you will not be in the company of any other couples, whose requirements may well be different to your own. You will have the sole attention of our local specialist agent who will be able to answer all of your questions without interruption.

We would point out that these trips are not just holiday jaunts, but serious tours for people who are determined to buy a property and have the means and inclination to do so. You will be required to have the facility to put down a deposit of approximately €3,000 if you see the property that you wish to buy, in order to take the property off of the market while you organise your finances for the full purchase. Should a mortgage be required our agent will be pleased to assist you in making arrangements. A fully legalised purchase contract will be drawn up at this time to give you full and clear details of your commitment.

Should you genuinely not find what you are looking for, you will be under absolutely no obligation to buy and you will be treated with full courtesy at all times.

If you prefer then you can combine your trip with a holiday to the area.

You will be picked up from your accommodation by one of our experienced English estate agents. We will have a brief chat to confirm your own personal requirements and special needs before commencing your assisted trip of the properties that fit your criteria.
